How do I secure 1st party cookies such as s_ppv, s_ria, s_cc, and s_sq?

I've been able to secure my session cookies that I have created within my .NET web applications using this in the web.config file:

<httpCookies httpOnlyCookies="true" requireSSL="true"/>

However, aside from the ones I am making, there are apparently four other cookies being created in the session by Adobe Site Catalyst/Analytics plug ins in order to track user visits, determine browser compatibility with rich media and other performance category things. More information below:

s_ria: https://cookiepedia.co.uk/cookie/666901

s_ppv: https://cookiepedia.co.uk/cookie/666835

How can I also secure these cookies? When looking at my current session cookies through the Chrome debugger, I see mine with checks next to both "HTTP" and "Secure", however these other ones are not currently secure and I can't figure out how to achieve this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
